Predominantly working with Online / Design / Ad agencies we do Broadcast, Print and Digital. We really understand digital, we know our pngs from our flvs and offer consultancy in realising CG / video projects online, from standard CG and video work to complex interactive character driven experiences. We can do the CG and effects for your HD Advert / film, and have the knowledge to further develop the CG into interactive online advertising. Because the assets are shared across the process it's more economical. We don't do web design, but we can help web agencies get a handle on CG and video for the web. We are responsive, responsible and a nice bunch to work with. We work to deadlines and are good at communicating the project, from concept to completion. Based in picturesque Wallingford in Oxfordshire (40 mins from Paddington) we offer a cost efficient alternative to the London based 3d studios / visual effects houses. We're always looking for talented folk to join us. We're interested in people with broadcast (especially advertising) experience and / or film. We're nice and play well together. You've probably had it with city life, fed up with the ridiculous hours, the uncertainty of contract work but you still have the fire in your belly to produce work that is the best you can possibly do. You won't have to work late - but you're the sort of person that will choose to when you need to, because you know if you just tweak that shot, it's going to be outstanding. You're constantly driven by the need to learn more, and realise that settling down into the knowledge you already have is never going to cut it. You know you have a lot more to give but are being stifled by your current role - you'd do better if you had a proper hands-on job, where you'd have the freedom to influence the whole production process, not some little cog in a big machine.
